Level Up! Skilled Trades Career Fairs Making the skilled trades relevant to a young, modern audience.

The Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) hosted Level Up!, a series of skilled trades career fairs in 2024, held over ten days in five locations. These fairs aimed to promote skilled trades as rewarding career paths for students in grades 7-12 and reach underrepresented groups, including girls, racialized, and Indigenous communities.

We led the branding and promotional efforts, addressing the stigma around apprenticeships. Our work included the visual identity, event wayfinding, video production, and more.
