Senior Account Director
Position: Senior Account Director
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Toronto
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: $80,000-110,000
What We’re Looking For
Creative Currency is looking for a Senior Account Director to join our Accounts + Creative Services team. This role leads client relationships and guides the strategy behind the work we deliver.
This position sits at the centre of our work – connecting clients, strategy, creative, and production teams to bring ideas to life. You will serve as a primary client contact while managing projects from brief through delivery, ensuring work is strategically sound, creatively strong, and delivered on time.
In addition to leading day-to-day business, you will play a role in business development, through RFP submissions, pitch leadership, and proposal development. As a senior member of the team, you will also support the growth of the Accounts team through mentorship, coaching, and leadership across files – helping to elevate the quality of work, and ensuring best practices are followed across projects.
We operate as a highly collaborative, all-hands-on-deck team. The Accounts + Creative Services team at Creative Currency are not just project managers – they contribute to the thinking behind everything we do. That means helping shape strategy, contributing to writing and messaging, providing input on creative direction, and collaborating closely with designers and strategists throughout the process. If you enjoy being involved in the ideas – not just the timelines – you’ll fit in well here.
You will work across both Creative Currency and our sister agency, Enterprise Canada, supporting national and regional clients across a variety of sectors. You may find yourself working on everything from national advocacy campaigns, brand launches, social-first content, video production, public affairs advertising, and digital storytelling initiatives.
If you enjoy working closely with creative teams, thrive in fast-moving environments, and like being deeply involved in the ideas behind the work, this role could be a great fit.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of agency or comparable experience managing client relationships and leading integrated projects.
