Midwest Toronto Ontario Healthcare Team (OHT) Rebranding a health care organization serving those most vulnerable in our community.

In 2020, partners in the Mid-West Toronto region were approved as an Ontario Health Team (OHT) by the Ministry of Health. After initially adopting an ad-hoc brand identity, they recognized the need for a more comprehensive approach to reflect their community roots.
We developed a brand identity that captures their downtown origins and projects a unique, authentic image, pulling this through a variety of templates and assets so their team could bring the brand to life on their own.
