Creative Currency Looking to Hire Account Executive

Job description 

Creative Currency is growing! We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Accounts + Creative Services team. 

This person would serve as a project manager and be a direct client point of contact. They would also support different internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services. If you’re social, detail-oriented and someone who loves to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role could be perfect for you. 

The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of agency experience, or comparable experience leading projects and managing clients. 

This position can be located in Toronto (GTA) or Hamilton. 

What you’re good at 

  • Exceptional client communication and customer service, including being the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships 
  • Contributing to creative development process and ensuring the successful execution of creative services as part of integrated projects 
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, creating workback schedules and managing budgets and reports 
  • Supporting senior members of the team to ensure alignment of core goals and objectives on files 
  • Ensuring an approvals process is managed and deadlines are met on a regular basis 
  • Preparing measurement and analytics reports 

 What you bring 

  • Agency experience in creative services, public relations or communications 
  • Post-secondary education in a related field 
  • Excellent command and understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) 
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic 
  • Attention to detail and excellent command of written and verbal communications (French is an asset) 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Management or leadership experience is an asset
